Are You Aya's Next Hero Artist? 💛

Calling all passioante visual artists based in Nigeria! This is your opportunity to collab with our team on a new Aya product releasing in 2025.

Whether you’re just starting out or are experienced, this is a chance to have your work seen by tens of thousands of people. Our team will be selecting three Hero Artists to collaborate with us on our iconic product and brand packaging, and also inviting five Rising Stars to be spotlighted across our socials.

 

 

How To Apply:

Open to female Nigerian artists 👩🏾‍🎨 based in Nigeria, who are 18 yrs of age or above, and who have a public social media account or website where your art work can be seen. Follow the steps below to apply by end of day Friday, Dec 20th. 

Step 1:
Post an image or a video of your best art piece on your Instagram or Twitter that showcases your unique style. It can be a drawing, painting or digital illustration that you have done previously, or you can create something custom just for this application.

Step 2: 
Follow us, tag @AyaCareNG on your post or video and add #AyaCareArtist

Step 3:
If applying via Instagram, reshare your post or video on your stories and tag us. If applying via Twitter, don't worry about this step.

Our team will review each submission, and if you are selected you will be contacted on Dec 23rd. Your selection will be announced publicly in the first week of January 2025. And finally, the select artists will work with Aya on custom artwork that will be revealed to everyone when the new product officially launches in 2025 💛

1st Place:

  • Opportunity to create a custom art piece for a new Aya sanitary product. You will be briefed on the theme and we will collab together closely.
  • Your story and art featured across our marketing channels.
  • Mentions in our new product launch & PR materials in 2025. 
  • Official right to an 'Aya Artist' title in 2025.
  • ₦300,000
  • Full-year supply of Aya

 

2nd Place:

  • Opportunity  to create custom art for Aya's limited edition brand merch.
  • Your story and art featured across our marketing channels.
  • Official right to an 'Aya Artist' title in 2025.
  • ₦150,000
  • Half-year supply of Aya

 

3rd Place:

  • Opportunity to create custom art for Aya's limited edition brand merch.
  • Your story and art featured across our marketing channels.
  • Official right to an 'Aya Artist' title in 2025.
  • ₦100,000
  • Half-year supply of Aya

 

5 x Rising Stars:

  • Opportunity to create custom art for Aya's social media on a select theme.
  • Your story and art featured across our marketing channels.
  • Official right to an 'Aya Artist' title in 2025.
  • Aya goodie bag.

 

Application Rules 👩🏾‍⚖️

  • Women artists, aged 18 and above.
  • Nigerian born, based full-time in Nigeria.
  • Your application must include art that you have personally created and own the copyrights too. 
  • By participating in the Aya Artist Search, you give us permission to reshare your submission on our marketing channels. We want to spotlight some of the beautiful applications.
  • Our team will reach out to select winners. You will need to sign an Artist Partnership agreement in order to begin the custom art work and receive the award.
  • We hold the final say when it comes to the Artist Search program, the application process and all of the above information associated with it. We retain the right to change any details as needed.
